I'm a 20-something year old apprentice farrier (yanno...horse feet stuff) and horse trainer. Currently I have a chestnut off-the-track Thoroughbred mare and a grey Arabian gelding.
As a photographer, I've done many things. I started out in fashion photographer and then moved into fine art still life work. I've been in multiple galleries and art shows. Recently, I've also been experimenting in photographing animals (mainly horses, as you may have guessed). I mainly used an 85mm 2.8 lens. Why? Because I'm fairly poor when I get done buying tack and feed, haha. I'm working on creating a larger body of black and white works. I simply adore black and white art and hope to create some lovely pieces.
Finally, I also have a small exotic poultry and mammals farm. I breed rare longtail fowl and trophy-size Jacob sheep. I also have some peafowl, emus, Boer goats, and Angora goats on the side.
I like to support young and emerging artists. I will critique photographs upon request, but I am otherwise a VERY positive person when it comes to commenting on works.
